The Success That Felt Empty

For years, I led high-impact B2B Sales Training workshops across industries and continents. The work was good. The money was steady. The demand was constant. From automotive giants to tech startups, I was the expert companies called to transform their sales teams.

But somewhere along the way, the spark faded. I had mastered the content — but I wasn't growing anymore. There was no excitement, no learning, no deeper connection. It felt like I was teaching others how to sell — but I had lost touch with what made me come alive.

The Turning Point

Then a friend handed me a copy of "Now, Discover Your Strengths" by Marcus Buckingham. Skeptical but curious, I took the CliftonStrengths Assessment. What happened next changed everything.

It was as if someone had quietly turned the lights on inside me. For the first time, I had language for how I naturally think, feel, and create. My results — Ideation, Learner, Connectedness, Relator, Adaptability — weren't just words on a page; they were mirrors reflecting my best self.

Applying Strengths — and Finding Flow Again

When I began leading through my strengths, everything changed. I used my Ideation to design creative learning experiences. My Learner and Adaptability helped me customize solutions for diverse cultures and clients. My Connectedness and Relator helped me build trust with teams across the world — from the USA and Germany to China, Japan, and Korea.

That led to one of my proudest achievements: developing a global, customized sales process for an international auto-component company and training their Key Account Managers across continents. And this time, it wasn't just about results — it was about flow. I was alive again in my work.

Creating Envision — My True Calling

That experience became the seed for Envision Leadership Consulting — a space where leaders and teams could discover the same inner clarity and energy that I had rediscovered.

Today, my work goes far beyond sales training. I help SME Leaders reclaim their original vision, rediscover their strengths, and reignite their people. Because I know what it's like to succeed on the outside and still feel flat on the inside. And I know what it feels like to reconnect to purpose — to lead not from pressure, but from power.
