For years, I led high-impact B2B Sales Training workshops across industries and continents. The work was good. The money was steady. The demand was constant.
But somewhere along the way, the spark faded. I had mastered the content — but I wasn't growing anymore. There was no excitement, no learning, no deeper connection. I was teaching others how to sell — but I had lost touch with what made me come alive.
Then a friend handed me a copy of Now, Discover Your Strengths. I took the CliftonStrengths Assessment, and what happened next changed everything. It was as if someone had quietly turned the lights on inside me.
For the first time, I had language for how I naturally think, feel, and create. My results weren't just words — they were mirrors reflecting my best self:
